11. Fees of $2,992 are payable by an applicant for an authorization issued for a project that is wholly or partly exempt from the environmental impact assessment and review procedure under section 31.7.2 of the Act.
The fees set out in section 10 are added for each of the steps in the procedure that remain applicable.
11. Fees of $2,961 are payable by an applicant for an authorization issued for a project that is wholly or partly exempt from the environmental impact assessment and review procedure under section 31.7.2 of the Act.
